745 Slopestyle Challenge Scheduled for February 23

Powder Mountain, Utah – Powder Mountain and Utah Winter Games are sponsoring  a slopestyle competition on February 23, 2008 to support Ogden Valley’s 745 Freestyle Team.   The event will be held from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM on the lower section of the Hidden Lake Terrain Park at Powder Mountain Resort.  Both rails and jumps will be included in the judging. Prize sponsors include Decade Snow & Skate, APX Alarm, Atomic Snowboards, and Vitamin Water. 

Gregg Greer, President & CEO of Powder Mountain Resort Management stated, “We look forward to hosting this fun event to showcase our awesome local talent.” 

Registration is $10 with half of the proceeds going to the 745 Freestyle Team.  Lift passes for competitors will be $40, a $13 discount off the all area adult lift pass. Sign up for the competition at the Hidden Lake Lodge between 8:00am – 9:00am on the morning of the event.
